Welcome to Home Choice Plus

Home Choice Plus is a common allocations scheme which operates across a number  of Local Authority areas.  This scheme has been developed by the Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords, working together in partnership.

Home Choice Plus is the new way of allocating Council and Housing Association properties across the participating Local Authority areas, which include: -

• Wychavon District Council
• Worcester City Council (Properties advertised 15th Sept 2008)  
• Malvern Hills District Council (Properties advertised 29th Sept 2008)
• Wyre Forest District Council (Properties advertised 30th Sept 2008)
• Bromsgrove District Council (Properties advertised 7th Oct 2008)
• Stratford-on-Avon District Council (Properties advertised 1st Dec 2008)

You will be able to register in any area but properties will only be advertised as each area goes live with the scheme (See dates above).

The scheme  gives applicants a single access point, as you only need to be registered once and this will then allow you to Bid on any of the vacancies advertised across any of the participating Local Authority Areas.
